Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. This website is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Nothing on this site, and nothing returned by any third-party tool linked from it, may be used to make decisions about credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose the FCRA covers.
How Current Is the Information
Custodians correct rolls, portals change, fees are revised, and library holdings move. Digitization can also alter the years available online. We update the material when practical, but cannot guarantee that every detail remains current. Confirm important facts directly with the office or collection that holds the record.
Not Legal Advice
Nothing provided here is legal advice. We identify sources and explain how Franklin resident rolls and directories generally work, but that information cannot replace advice from a licensed attorney.
Lawful Use Only
Public rolls support transparency, not harm. Never use information found through this service to stalk, harass, intimidate, or injure anyone. Misuse may violate Indiana or federal law and also breaches our Terms of Use.
Third-Party Search Tools
Some pages include search boxes powered by third-party companies. We do not control what those tools return, what they charge, or how they handle submitted data, and their results are not FCRA-compliant consumer reports.
Links Beyond This Service
We link to assessor and recorder portals, elections-office lookups, court searches, library local history collections, archives, and similar resources. We are not responsible for any external site's content, accuracy, or availability.
No Records Hosted on This Site
This site holds no government roll, directory volume, court file, or vital record. It points to the offices, libraries, and portals that do. Obtaining, verifying, or correcting a record means contacting that custodian directly.
